Application

Built for Durability, Wear Resistance, and Structural Integrity

Our precision steel components are ideal for:

  • Industrial Automation: Robotic arm joints, fixture bases, and high-torque transmission components.
  • Automotive Powertrain: Engine mounting brackets, transmission housings, and sensor mounts requiring high rigidity.
  • Heavy Machinery: Wear-resistant plates, mold inserts, and structural support blocks.
  • Precision Instrumentation: Vibration-damping bases and magnetic-free steel components for sensitive measurement devices.

Parameters

Base Material: Grade 45 Steel (AISI 1045 / S45C) – Premium medium-carbon steel offering superior tensile strength and wear resistance compared to aluminum, ideal for high-load structural parts.

Heat Treatment: Quenching and Tempering (Optional) – Can be heat-treated to achieve a hardness of HRC 28-32, significantly enhancing part lifespan and fatigue resistance.

Surface Finish: Black Oxide / Nickel Plating / Raw Finish – Multiple anti-rust solutions available. Black oxide maintains exact dimensions, while nickel plating provides superior corrosion resistance.

Machining Tolerance: ±0.01mm to ±0.02mm – Utilizing specialized tooling and rigid machining processes to ensure high precision for hole positions and outer profiles in steel.

Product Feature

01
Manufactued from solid Grade 45 Steel, these parts offer significantly higher yield strength compared to aluminum counterparts. Ideal for applications subject to high impact, heavy loads, or sliding friction.
02
Precision Hole Machining: Expertise in machining precise tapped holes (e.g., M4, M5) and dowel pin holes (H7 tolerance) in hardened steel. We use high-quality cobalt drills and taps to ensure straight, burr-free threads and precise positioning for assembly.
03
Heat Treatment Capability: We offer partnered Quenching and Tempering services. This process refines the grain structure, relieves internal stresses from machining, and enhances the mechanical properties of the 45# steel, preventing deformation during long-term use.

Processing

1. CNC Machining

Using rigid CNC milling machines with high-torque spindles suitable for steel cutting. We optimize feed rates and speeds to minimize tool wear and ensure surface finish.

2. Deburring & Cleaning

Steel parts often develop sharp burrs. We perform meticulous hand deburring and ultrasonic cleaning to remove all oil and chips, especially from cross-holes.

3. Final Inspection

  • Hardness Testing: Verifying HRC values if heat treatment is applied.
  • Magnetic Flux Test: Checking residual magnetism for demagnetized parts.
  • CMM & Micrometers: Verifying critical dimensions and hole positions.
