Delivers high machining accuracy to meet stringent requirements in aerospace and automotive manufacturing; Highly automated.
Supports rapid design adjustments based on customer needs, minimizing inventory risks;
Capable of processing complex surfaces, spiral structures, and micro-holes; Achieves high-precision machining through 2-axis or 3-axis interpolation.
Batch production is enabled by pre-programming to ensure consistent part dimensions and surface quality; Real-time monitoring of machining parameters (e.g., temperature, pressure) with automatic adjustments to maintain precision stability.
Quick adaptation to new parts through tool changes and programming adjustments; CNC programming optimizes machining processes, minimizes material waste, and enhances cost efficiency.
At Xuyuan, we begin with a digital blueprint created in CAD (Computer-Aided Design). This model is then processed through CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software to generate G-code—the specialized language that directs the CNC machine on tool movements, spindle speeds, feed rates, and positional control.
The raw material—whether metal, plastic, wood, or another compatible substrate—is firmly fixtured within the CNC system. From there, the machine performs high-precision operations such as milling, drilling, cutting, or contouring across multiple axes (X, Y, and Z) to fabricate parts with complex shapes and tight tolerances.
Following machining, components may be refined through secondary finishing steps like deburring, polishing, or surface coating to fulfill final design and functional requirements.
