Product Feature
The controller, designed with safety and the operational status of the vehicle’s electrical system in mind, receives input signals from the accelerator and brake pedals. It translates commands from the central control module into controllable on/off signals for the inverter and also serves as a protective device, featuring monitoring and protection functions against faults such as overvoltage and overcurrent.
Processing
The enclosure is fabricated using a combination of friction stir welding and TIG (argon arc) welding, ensuring robust structural integrity. The fully welded assembly achieves an ingress protection rating of IP67, and the internal liquid cooling channels can withstand pressures up to 1.0 MPa.
