A heat pipe is a highly efficient heat-transfer component that utilizes the evaporation and condensation of a working fluid within a sealed vacuum tube to transfer heat. It leverages capillary action and other fluid dynamics principles to achieve cooling performance similar to that of a refrigerator compressor.
CNC machining is used to mill precisely contoured grooves into the heat sink base plate. Heat pipes are then press-fitted step-by-step into these grooves, secured with epoxy resin adhesive, and followed by secondary surface machining with tolerances controlled within 0.2 mm. Prior to shipment, the surface undergoes copper anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion treatment.
