Product Feature

As a battery tray fully integrated into the electric vehicle body structure, it must provide mechanical stability and seamlessly blend with the surrounding environment. It features a sophisticated aluminum welding design capable of housing all battery cells, connectors, control units, and multiple battery modules within the pack. During production, multiple inspections of the battery tray and its structural integrity are conducted to ensure quality and safety, which involves various methods including using coordinate measuring machines. Therefore, our products feature robust welding and can meet the lightweight requirements of new energy vehicle bodies.

Processing

A combination of friction stir welding and TIG (argon arc) welding is employed, delivering strong, reliable welds and excellent sealing performance.
