Laser projectors generate substantial heat during operation, and their internal components are highly sensitive to temperature. The aforementioned liquid-cooling solution effectively meets these demanding thermal management requirements.
CNC machining is first used to create internal coolant channels, followed by friction welding for sealing. The water inlet/outlet nozzles and the heat sink body are integrally machined as a single unit. The surface undergoes anodizing treatment, resulting in excellent corrosion resistance, high-temperature tolerance, superior heat dissipation performance, and high leak-tightness reliability.
